Cancellation Policy

This Liability Waiver and Release Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Golf For Change and the undersigned participant (or their parent/legal guardian if the participant is a minor). By signing this Agreement, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms: 1. Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in golf activities and related events hosted by Golf For Change involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: Physical injury, including serious bodily harm or death. Hazards of natural terrain, weather conditions, and equipment use. Actions of other participants or spectators. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities, even if arising from negligence on the part of Golf For Change, its owners, employees, agents, or representatives. 2. Waiver and Release In consideration of being permitted to participate in golf activities: I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns, release, discharge, and hold harmless Golf For Change, its officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of my participation in these activities. 3. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golf For Change from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities (including legal fees) resulting from my actions or conduct during any activity. 4. Health and Fitness Certification I certify that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that could interfere with my safe participation in golf activities. I agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions to Golf For Change before participating. 5. Equipment Responsibility I acknowledge responsibility for properly using any equipment provided and will report any unsafe conditions or equipment failures immediately. 6. Photo and Media Release I grant Golf For Change the right to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during events for promotional or educational purposes without compensation. If I do not consent, I will notify Golf For Change in writing before the event. 7. Governing Law and Severability This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where the event is held. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 8. Acknowledgment of Understanding I have read and fully understand this Agreement. I acknowledge that I am waiving certain legal rights by signing it.
